This Privacy Policy explains how Risha Multiservices Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or use the Laundry Tech software, customer portals and apps (the "Service"). We process personal information in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as it comes into force.
1. Two roles we play
- For our own customers and website visitors (laundry businesses, their owners and staff, and people who contact us), we decide how personal information is used.
- For the customers of laundry businesses (people whose orders are managed in the Service), the laundry business decides how that information is used and we process it on their behalf. If you are such a customer, please contact the laundry business first; we will help them respond.
2. Information we collect
- Account details: name, business name, email, mobile number, address, GSTIN and billing details.
- Business records you enter: customers, orders, garments, pickups and deliveries, invoices, payments, expenses, staff records and support tickets.
- Enquiries: details you submit through our contact, demo and custom-software forms.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, login times and security logs, used to keep accounts secure.
- Payments: online payments are processed by payment providers such as Razorpay. We do not store full card or bank account numbers.
3. How we use information
- to provide, operate, secure and improve the Service;
- to verify identity with one-time passwords (OTPs) and to prevent fraud and misuse;
- to send service messages such as order updates, invoices, receipts, renewal reminders and security alerts;
- to respond to enquiries and support requests;
- to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted, and you can opt out at any time.
4. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as hosting, email, SMS, WhatsApp and payment providers) under confidentiality obligations, with the laundry business that manages your orders, or where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. Security
We protect information with measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and one-time passwords, encryption of sensitive fields at rest, strict separation of each business's data, role-based permissions and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your login details confidential and tell us at contact@laundrytech.in about any suspected misuse.
6. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as the account is active and afterwards only as long as needed for the purposes above, to resolve disputes, or to meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Write to us at contact@laundrytech.in. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms against forgery and remember preferences such as language and theme. We do not use advertising cookies on the Service.
9. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version, and material changes will be communicated by email or in the panel.
