These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Laundry Tech laundry management software, the websites, customer portals, mobile apps and APIs provided with it (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Risha Multiservices Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, starting a free trial or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.
1. Who can use the Service
The Service is intended for businesses such as laundries, dry cleaners, ironing and laundry-pickup operators. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the staff users you create.
2. Your account and security
- Keep your login details, one-time passwords (OTPs) and API keys confidential. Do not share accounts between people — create a staff user for each person instead.
- Assign each staff member only the permissions and branches they need. You are responsible for actions taken by your staff users.
- Tell us immediately at contact@laundrytech.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3. Free trial and subscriptions
- New businesses may receive a free trial for the period shown at sign-up. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid plan.
- Plans, prices, limits and included modules are shown on our pricing page and in your panel under Plan & billing. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST) unless stated otherwise.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle. If payment is not received, access may be limited after the renewal date until the subscription is paid.
- Upgrades take effect from the date of the upgrade. Unused time on the previous plan is not carried forward or credited unless we state otherwise in writing. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- We may change plan prices or features with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the panel. Changes apply from your next renewal.
4. Your data
You own the business data you enter into the Service, including customer, order, garment, staff and financial records ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited right to host, process and back up Your Data only to provide, secure and support the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use the personal information of your customers and staff, and for the accuracy of the data you enter.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or to send spam or unsolicited messages;
- attempt to access another business's data, probe or bypass security controls, or disrupt the Service;
- upload malicious code, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- resell, copy or reverse-engineer the Service except as allowed by law.
We may suspend access that puts the Service, other customers or the public at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.
6. Third-party services
Features such as SMS, WhatsApp, email and online payments (for example Razorpay or UPI) may rely on third-party providers that you configure. Their own terms and charges apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions. Integrations remain disabled until you configure and test them.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. 8. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, trademarks and content (other than Your Data) belong to Risha Multiservices Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. After termination you may request an export of Your Data within 30 days; after that period we may delete it, except where we must retain records by law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be notified by email or in the panel. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kanpur have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
